Online transactions through our site are through payment gateways and we do not hold any responsibility for delay in transactions through such payment gateways.
Only after validation of your account, the payment will be transferred. Please, refer to our terms and conditions on account validation process and other essentials.
If you wish not to continue playing on our website, you can ask for refund. After careful evaluation, we will refund your money well within 10 days. You can place a request for the same through email (much preferable).
If your account has been in inactive mode for about a year then we may send you requests (through email) three times to activate your account and continue playing games on our site. However, in case, you do not activate your account or do not respond, we may transfer your unused funds into your bank account given (as per the information provided by you). However, if the bank account information turns out to be incorrect then we may send you a reminder three times, asking you to provide us with correct bank account information and in case, you do not furnish the correct details on continuous reminders then we may confiscate the funds from your account and deactivate the account.
Please, take a note of it that the accounts which are found to be in breach of our Terms and Conditions will not receive any reminder, and the unused funds in such accounts shall be subject to the terms of our Breach and Consequences policy.
